Help us turn AI ambition into everyday impact.

Travel Counsellors is entering an exciting new chapter in how we use technology, data and human connection to make work simpler, smarter and more meaningful. As an AI Enablement Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of that evolution journey - helping teams discover where AI can remove friction, unlock capacity, improve experiences and build confidence in new ways of working.

This role sits at the sweet spot between people, process, technology and change. You’ll be the person who helps colleagues understand what’s possible, cuts through the noise around AI and turns big ideas into simple, useful, everyday improvements that make a real difference.

Reporting into the Head of Change, you’ll work closely with teams across the business to help turn AI opportunities into practical, well-supported change that lands brilliantly for colleagues.

Why this role. Why now.

  • AI is changing the way we work: You’ll help Travel Counsellors move from experimentation into confident, responsible adoption that supports colleagues and strengthens the business.
  • You’ll make change feel practical: This isn’t about theory or hype. It’s about understanding real problems, designing useful solutions and helping people adopt them in a way that feels simple and human.
  • You’ll have visible impact: The work you do will help teams save time, improve quality, reduce manual effort and create more space for the human relationships that make Travel Counsellors special.
  • You’ll work across One TC: From People and Communications to Product, Operations, Commercial and Support teams, you’ll build relationships across the business and help connect ideas, opportunities and outcomes.
  • You’ll help shape our Human + AI future: This is a chance to influence how we build confidence, capability and momentum around AI in a way that reflects our values and keeps people at the centre.

What you’ll be doing

  • Partner with teams across the business to uncover where AI, automation and smarter workflows can remove friction and create value.
  • Shape, prioritise and progress practical AI opportunities - moving ideas from curiosity into confident day-to-day use.
  • Help teams understand the right route to solve a problem, whether that’s through approved AI tools, prompt playbooks, configuration, product support or development input.
  • Build and test practical agentic workflows, prompts, guidance and documentation that make new ways of working easy to understand and adopt.
  • Experiment confidently with AI and automation tools - such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Make, n8n or similar - to prototype ideas, build simple solutions and demonstrate what good could look like.
  • Create engaging enablement activity such as demos, floor briefs, FAQs, learning sessions, playbooks, updates and success stories.
  • Work with People and Communications to build excitement, confidence and responsible adoption across the business.
  • Track adoption, feedback, barriers and benefits so we can scale what works, improve what doesn’t and keep activity focused on measurable outcomes.
  • Encourage a culture of curiosity, experimentation and continuous learning - helping colleagues feel safe, supported and inspired to try something new.
  • Translate insight into action by turning colleague pain points, process gaps and business priorities into clear use cases, pilots and adoption plans.
  • Act as a friendly, credible bridge between teams and technology - helping colleagues understand what is possible, what is safe, and what will genuinely help.
  • Bring stories, examples and practical demonstrations to life so AI feels less abstract and more relevant to everyday work.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who we’re looking for

You don’t need to be a deeply technical AI specialist to thrive here. What matters most is that you’re curious, practical, commercially minded and brilliant at helping people move from “that sounds interesting” to “I can see how this helps me do my job better”.

You may have come from a background in transformation, product, operations, people change, learning, technology adoption or continuous improvement. What’s important is that you bring genuine confidence with AI and automation tools - or the enthusiasm and pace to learn them quickly and you’ll bring the curiosity, structure and confidence to turn possibility into practical progress.

  • You’re confident facilitating conversations, asking brilliant questions and helping teams get underneath the real problem they are trying to solve.
  • You can take something that feels complex, new or technical and explain it in a way that is clear, relevant and engaging.
  • You’re comfortable working at pace, managing several opportunities at once and knowing when to test, iterate, pause or scale.
  • You bring strong stakeholder management skills and can build trust with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • You bring confidence with AI and automation tools, or the ability and enthusiasm to learn quickly. Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Zapier, Make, n8n or similar tools would be a real advantage.
  • You understand that successful adoption is about people as much as technology - confidence, communication, support and behaviour change really matter.
  • You’re organised, outcome-focused and able to create structure without slowing things down.

About you

You’re a natural connector - someone who can bring people with you, make change feel exciting and turn emerging ideas into practical action. You’re curious about the future but grounded in what colleagues and customers need today. You ask good questions, listen carefully, spot patterns quickly and enjoy helping teams build confidence one step at a time.

You’ll be energised by variety, comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by making things better. You’ll be equally happy running a discovery session, shaping a simple workflow, testing a prompt, writing a short guide, sharing a demo or helping a leader understand the value behind an idea.

Most importantly, you’ll bring care, patience and positivity. You’ll understand that AI can feel exciting for some people and uncertain for others - and you’ll know how to meet colleagues where they are, build confidence and bring them on the journey.

If you love the blend of people, technology, change and creativity - and you’re excited by the idea of helping a values-led business build what’s next - this could be a brilliant role for you.
