AI Enablement Coach - Fully remote
FIND is working with an AI Training & Enablement organisation who’re looking to hire multiple AI Enablement Coaches to help professionals develop their understanding of AI and, importantly, learn how to use it effectively in their day-to-day roles.
We're interested in people who have practical exposure to tools such as Microsoft Copilot and generative AI, understand how AI can improve the way people work, and enjoy helping others get more from technology.
- You might currently work in AI adoption, digital transformation, change, Microsoft 365, business analysis, customer success, technology consulting or another role where you've helped people use new technology effectively.
You'll work with learners completing an AI-focused apprenticeship programme, helping them apply what they're learning to genuine workplace challenges. That could include identifying opportunities to use AI, improving processes, thinking about responsible AI adoption, and helping learners demonstrate the impact of what they've implemented.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Your very own career expert that helps elevate your application to the next level.
Experience with Copilot Studio, Agents, Power Automate or AI-enabled workflows would be useful, but isn't essential
Same for Claude, Open AI, Chat GPT, Gemini etc – all tech/AI experience is welcomed.
You DO NOT need to have formally worked as a Coach / Mentor / Trainer / Instructor / Teacher / Lecturer etc. before.
You'll receive support to develop that side of the role. What matters is that you can communicate clearly, enjoy working with people and have enough practical AI exposure to help others apply it effectively.
This is a permanent position.
