Want to join a team of passionate people who want to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer?
๐ About us
Skin Analytics is an award-winning, health tech company that deploys world-leading skin cancer pathways using AI as a medical device, DERM.
Following our recent ยฃ15M series B funding, regulatory milestones hit, and doubling from 50 to 100 headcount in 2025, we're ready to scale further internationally, making history for AI in healthcare and the future of dermatology.
We're proud to epitomise AI for good - with a Class III CE mark, DERM is the only AI as a medical device approved to make clinical decisions autonomously in the cancer space, as well as being the first company to receive a NICE recommendation for use across the NHS.*
DERM is deployed at more than 28 NHS organisations where we enable patients to gain significantly quicker access to skin cancer diagnosis. If that's not enough, we also collaborate with some of the largest health insurers to reach patients in their own homes.
We are a team of passionate people on a mission to build a future where no one dies from skin cancer.
We are looking for an exceptional Senior AI Enablement Engineer to help transform the way Skin Analytics builds software.

This is a highly hands-on role. We are looking for someone who actively uses modern AI engineering tools every day and has practical experience delivering real software using agentic workflows.

Iโm in my final year doing Economics and I donโt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer โ it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโt need a masters. Letโs look at the ones youโd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
