About Cognita:

Cognita is a global leader in independent education. Founded in 2004, we are a growing community of 90 schools in 21 countries - in Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East - serving more than 100,000 students. Each of our schools are proudly unique, however our collective purpose is to create an environment where everyone can, "Thrive in a rapidly evolving world".

We now have a new exciting opportunity for an experienced AI Enablement Lead to join our fantastic team.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking AI Enablement Lead to drive the adoption of AI across Cognita, embedding the Claude platform and helping colleagues realise the practical benefits of AI in their day-to-day work. As a founding member of our AI Enablement function, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and deliver high-value AI use cases, whilst building AI capability, confidence, and adoption across the organisation. You will lead the development of our AI literacy and training programme, establish communities of practice and champion networks, and ensure AI is used responsibly and effectively through strong governance and best-practice frameworks. Combining strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, you will oversee AI adoption, training, and value realisation, while shaping the future direction of AI Enablement as the function grows and matures.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
