AI Enablement Lead - Financial Services - London (hybrid / remote)

About the role

#TeamCandour have partnered with a Global Financial Services player to onboard an AI Enablement Lead / Product Owner to accelerate the adoption of AI across the business.

You will be working closely with the Data Culture and AI Lead to embed AI into day-to-day workflows and help managers and teams deliver measurable business outcomes. The role sits within a collaborative, modern environment that values inclusion, cross-functional working, and the confidence to challenge convention. You will help turn AI capability into practical ways of working, supporting colleagues to use digital tools more effectively and consistently. The ideal candidate will combine strong enablement and change expertise with the ability to translate technical potential into clear, role-relevant guidance that drives real behavioural change.

What you will do and what we are looking for

Purpose

Lead AI adoption and culture across business units, with a focus on manager activation, performance support, and practical enablement.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver role-based training
  • Maintain AI Hub content, playbooks, prompts, and workflow guidance
  • Build a network of AI champions and sponsors
  • Track adoption through measurable indicators
  • Escalate blockers through governance channels

  • Strong background in learning and development, technical education, organisational change, or digital adoption
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and digital workplace tools
  • Proven stakeholder influence
  • Ability to create practical, role-specific guidance
  • Experience in AI, data, or analytics, and behavioural change or performance management frameworks would be an advantage

Qualifications

  • A degree in a relevant discipline, or a degree in Law with related experience, plus relevant certifications in L&D, change management, or AI/data literacy
