AI Enablement Lead
London | 3 days per week | Predominantly office-based | Outside IR35 preferred
A growing, high-performing strategy consultancy is looking for an AI Enablement Lead to turn internal AI ambition into practical, high-quality change.
This is a new, high-impact role within a collaborative consultancy environment. You’ll work across the business to identify the best opportunities for AI, improve ways of working, and help teams adopt tools responsibly without compromising the quality clients expect.
The opportunity
You’ll join a specialist consulting firm with a strong reputation, a long-tenured team and an office-first culture. AI interest and experimentation already exist, but the business now needs someone dedicated to prioritise opportunities, build momentum and embed sustainable ways of working.
Initial focus will be on the consulting team, where short project cycles and high workloads make practical enablement especially valuable. Over time, the role will also support central functions including People, Finance and Marketing.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
