We have a brilliant opportunity for an AI Enablement Analyst to join one of the UK’s most recognisable tech-driven financial businesses. It’s exciting times in the world of AI and our client is undertaking a project to grow out a AI Centre of Enablement (CoE) with this being the first AI Enablement Analyst to join the team!

This role will help shape how AI is governed, adopted and scaled across the Company working with business and technology teams to turn ideas into measurable AI outcomes. You’ll act as the operational engine of the AI CoE, you will coordinate AI demand, maintain a portfolio of AI initiatives, support governance activities, produce management reporting, and help ensure AI opportunities are prioritised, delivered and tracked consistently. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, bringing structure to emerging technologies, and helping teams realise value from innovation.

  • Join the business on an initial 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
  • The role will pay a starting annual salary up to £70,000

We’re looking for candidates to have the following experience;

  • Experience managing an AI Use Case Portfolio, ensuring new AI opportunities are assessed, tracked, prioritised and progressed through the appropriate governance and delivery processes.
  • Ability to coordinate the intake, review and prioritisation of AI ideas, working with stakeholders to understand business problems, challenge assumptions, assess potential value and help determine the most appropriate solution approach.
  • Experience in a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Change Management, Portfolio Management, PMO or similar role, with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with experience coordinating meetings, governance activities, reporting processes and delivery initiatives.
  • Ability to assess business opportunities, challenge requirements constructively and help stakeholders define measurable outcomes and benefits.
  • Experience producing management information, dashboards, key performance indicators, reporting packs or portfolio reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in artificial intelligence and emerging technologies, with the ability to understand technical concepts and discuss them confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences.
