AI Enablement Specialist
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Enablement Specialist based in the United Kingdom.

As an AI Enablement Specialist, you will play a key role in deploying, optimizing, and scaling AI assistants and workflow automation solutions across multiple business functions. Accountabilities
- Configure, maintain, and optimize AI assistants, conversational bots, and workflow automation solutions to support business operations.
- Integrate AI platforms with CRM systems, telephony solutions, collaboration tools, APIs, and other enterprise applications.
- Support the deployment and adoption of AI-driven automation initiatives across multiple departments, ensuring smooth implementation and user engagement.
- Monitor AI solution performance, analyze outcomes, and continuously refine workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and recommend scalable AI-powered solutions.
- Troubleshoot AI workflows, coordinate issue resolution with technical teams, and ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
- Document configurations, processes, best practices, and technical procedures to support knowledge sharing and operational consistency.
- Contribute to initiatives that improve productivity, streamline business operations, and reduce repetitive manual tasks through intelligent automation.

Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in AI operations, automation, systems integration, technical enablement, or a related technology role.
- Hands-on experience configuring workflow automation platforms, AI assistants, or conversational AI solutions.
- Solid understanding of CRM platforms, collaboration tools, APIs, system integrations, and enterprise application ecosystems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with the ability to optimize technical workflows.
- Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset with a high level of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced technology environments and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience with conversational AI platforms, large language model (LLM)-based assistants, Salesforce, telephony integrations, or low-code/no-code automation tools is considered a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in SaaS, telecommunications, customer support, or digital transformation environments is highly desirable.
