Hybrid (London, Shoreditch - 1 day per week)
Build the Future of AI-Enabled Defence Decision Making
What if your AI systems weren't generating marketing copy or optimising ad clicks, but helping defence operators make mission-critical decisions when seconds matter?
We're partnering with a leading technology company developing a next-generation AI platform that combines real-time data, advanced simulation capabilities, command & control systems, and cutting-edge AI to deliver genuine operational advantage.
This is not an AI research role.
This is about building and deploying production-grade AI capabilities that solve real-world challenges in defence and security environments.
You'll join a highly collaborative team of engineers, product specialists, and domain experts building a brand-new product from the ground up. As an early member of the team, you'll have significant influence over the architecture, technology choices, and future direction of the platform.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
- Build AI solutions that will be used by real operators in mission-critical environments
- Work on a greenfield product where your ideas have immediate impact
- Rapid development cycles with regular demonstrations, customer engagement, and industry events
- Solve genuinely complex technical problems across AI, data fusion, simulation, and decision support
- Work alongside exceptional engineers who value innovation, craftsmanship, and continuous learning
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
