About EquityMind

EquityMind is an AI financial research assistant. You ask a question in plain English about a listed company, and the agent works out what you need, pulls only the relevant data (SEC filings, fundamentals, market data, news), computes the numbers and writes a cited report. It's live in production and built on LangGraph, PostgreSQL/pgvector, FastAPI and React.

We're now turning it into a commercial product and looking for an AI Engineer to build it with the founder.

What you'll do

  • Design, build and improve LLM agents and RAG pipelines (LangGraph, tool calling, retrieval).
  • Build evaluation sets and regression tests, so every prompt or model change is measured before it ships.
  • Add observability and monitoring for agents in production (tracing, cost, latency, failure rates).
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and integrations with financial data providers.
  • Work on the production backend: APIs, authentication, performance and reliability.
  • Deploy and run services in the cloud, with CI/CD and infrastructure that scales.
  • Help decide architecture and tooling, including MCP and new agent capabilities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
