Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background with proven experience in AI and machine learning. Key qualifications include excellent programming skills in Python, along with hands-on experience using AI/ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and HuggingFace Transformers. Experience in training and fine-tuning deep learning models, particularly LLMs, is essential. Familiarity with retrieval techniques like RAG, vector databases such as Qdrant, and MLOps tools like DVC will be highly valued. The candidate should also demonstrate a good understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and responsible ML practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment are crucial for success in this role. A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and staying updated on the latest AI advancements is also necessary.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and implement AI models in collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems.
• Work closely with product managers, engineers, and domain experts to ensure AI solutions meet real-world needs and are scalable.
• Develop and deploy generative AI models, including large language models, ensuring they adhere to ethical standards and governance policies.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in AI and ML, particularly around generative AI, and evaluate their applicability within the organization.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning by sharing knowledge and best practices with team members.
• Ensure AI solutions are responsible, ethical, and aligned with organizational standards for fairness, transparency, and accountability.
• Implement MLOps practices to streamline model deployment, monitoring, and maintenance, utilizing tools such as DVC.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within existing AI workflows and contribute to strategic planning.
