About The Role

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our Trainee AI Engineer program. As a Trainee AI Engineer, you will undergo intensive online training designed to develop your technical skills, industry knowledge, and practical experience. Upon successful completion of the program, candidates are guaranteed employment in AI-related roles with starting salaries ranging from £28,000 to £45,000. Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this program should possess a strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn. While no prior experience in AI or programming is required, candidates should have a basic understanding of computers and be comfortable with online learning platforms. Strong problem-solving skills, curiosity, and motivation to develop new skills are essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is the minimum educational requirement. Prior exposure to mathematics or programming can be advantageous but is not mandatory. Successful candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to completing the comprehensive training program to secure a position in the AI industry.

Responsibilities

As a Trainee AI Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively engaging in the online training modules covering AI fundamentals, data handling, Python programming, machine learning, and ethical considerations in AI.
  • Working on multiple hands-on projects such as building AI-powered chatbots, sentiment analysis classifiers, and predictive applications, gaining practical experience in real-world scenarios.
  • Learning to use industry-standard tools like Jupyter Notebooks, VS Code, and cloud platforms like AWS.
  • Developing skills in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and integrating external knowledge sources into AI systems.
  • Participating in assessments and an oral exam to demonstrate your understanding.
  • Collaborating with teams post-training, applying your skills to solve business problems, and continuously learning to stay current with evolving AI technologies.
