We are building the next generation of document sharing. Documents still go out. Questions still come back late, or not at all. We are closing that gap.
This role is for someone who can take model systems from “it works in a demo” to “it holds up when real people use it.”
What you will own
- Retrieval and answer quality so responses stay grounded in the owner’s materials
- Evaluation: hard questions, bad questions, retries, and a clear pass or fail on accuracy
- Latency, cost and reliability in production
- Voice and text paths that fail cleanly when the system should not answer
- Shipping with a small product and engineering team. You write, test, review and release.

Skill set we care about
- Production LLM work: retrieval, grounding, evaluation, tool use
- Python at a level where you can ship APIs, jobs and logs without being walked through it
- Real-time voice, or a proven ability to get there quickly
- Testing model behaviour, not only unit tests
- Document pipelines (PDFs, decks, messy files) is a plus
- TypeScript or Next.js enough to debug the product surface is a plus
- Clear written English
