About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and passionate AI Training Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our comprehensive AI training courses, supporting students throughout their learning journey, and liaising with industry partners to facilitate placement opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to student success. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our training programs, ensuring that learners acquire practical skills aligned with current industry demands. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to shaping the future workforce in AI and technology, working closely with a team dedicated to educational excellence and innovation.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Prior experience in AI, data science, or technical training is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to explain complex concepts in an understandable manner. Familiarity with AI tools, Python programming, and cloud platforms such as Azure will be advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for education and technology. Certifications such as Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Fundamentals, or CompTIA Data+ will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions on AI fundamentals, Python programming, AI models, and AI engineering for beginners and advanced learners.
- Design and update course materials, ensuring content remains current with technological advancements and industry standards.
- Provide mentorship and support to students, helping them overcome technical challenges and develop practical skills through project work.
- Coordinate with industry partners to facilitate internship and employment opportunities for graduates.
- Assess student progress through evaluations, assignments, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and guest lectures to enhance the learning experience and industry exposure.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and certification achievements.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in AI and data science to continuously improve course content and delivery methods.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new students, promoting the program through various channels.
