We're partnering with a major UK organisation that is investing heavily in the next generation of AI, automation, and self-service insight capabilities.
As part of this journey, they're looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI agents that help employees access information, automate tasks, and make better decisions through safe, scalable, and governed AI solutions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation with an established Microsoft data platform and play a key role in shaping how AI is adopted across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and building AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Working with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate requirements into AI-powered solutions
- Developing conversational experiences, prompts, workflows, and integrations
- Connecting AI solutions to enterprise data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric
- Ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with governance best practices
- Monitoring and improving agent performance, reliability, and user adoption
- Collaborating with Data Engineers, Architects, and Analytics teams to deliver business value through AI

What We're Looking For
- Experience building AI agents, copilots, or conversational AI solutions
- Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider Microsoft ecosystem
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, Azure AI services, or enterprise data platforms
- Understanding of AI governance, security, and operational controls
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
