We're partnering with a well-funded, stealth AI company that's building a groundbreaking AI assistant designed to streamline everyday tasks, conversations, and workflows.
The product is still in its pre-launch phase, offering a unique opportunity to join a high-calibre engineering team and significantly influence both product and technical direction. They are looking for talent across all levels, from experienced AI Engineers to Principal Engineers.
The Role
- Build and ship AI features from concept through to production
- Design and improve agent workflows, prompts, memory, and tool use
- Build reliable AI systems that solve real user problems
- Improve latency, reliability, and overall production performance
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure real-world model quality
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to turn ambiguous problems into working software

What You'll Need
- Commercial experience building production AI/ML applications
- Strong Python engineering skills
- Experience with modern LLMs and agentic AI systems
- Hands-on experience with RAG, vector databases, and LLM orchestration
- Experience deploying and operating production ML systems
- Comfortable working across models, infrastructure, and product
