The Role
- Combine software engineering, AI implementation, and commercial problem-solving to build digital platforms and intelligent tools
- Develop high-performing websites, booking and e-commerce journeys, AI communication agents, dashboards, and automated workflows
- Build and manage WordPress websites from initial concept through to launch
- Integrate booking engines, payment systems, e-commerce platforms and customer portals
- Develop AI assistants for websites, WhatsApp, email, and other customer communication channels
- Automate repetitive commercial and operational processes

What You'll Need
- At least five years' experience across AI, software engineering, e-commerce, or platform engineering
- Strong development skills in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience developing and optimising WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, and API integrations
- Practical experience with OpenAI APIs, LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows
- Strong SQL, data integration, and dashboard development skills
- Knowledge of technical SEO, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads tracking, and conversion optimisation
