Role Overview
- Location: London (Hybrid, 2-3 days office presence expected)
- Package: £70,000-£90,000

What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and deploy robust agentic AI workflows using tools like LangChain, OpenAI, and Claude APIs.
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership to identify key internal AI use cases across multiple functions.
- Build scalable data pipelines for AI systems, ensuring reliability and quality of data.
- Manage end-to-end AI system deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement from prototype to production.
- Document AI tools and train teams to adopt and extend solutions independently.

Main Skills Needed
- Proven experience building and deploying production-grade agentic AI systems with APIs like OpenAI or Claude.
- Strong coding skills in Python; experience with TypeScript is a bonus.
- Hands-on knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Comfort with deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms such as Azure, Docker, and using CI/CD tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and work autonomously in a fast-moving environment.
