About The Role
We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our dynamic team at Adecco, working on an ambitious digital transformation programme within a large higher education organization. This hybrid role based in London offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of AI adoption, automation, and emerging technologies. As an AI Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities for AI-driven enhancements, developing innovative solutions, and shaping the organization’s approach to AI integration. Your expertise will contribute to streamlining processes, automating manual tasks, and improving overall operational efficiency, ultimately supporting the organization’s strategic goals in digital innovation.

- Approximately 2-3 years of experience in AI, automation, software development, or related technology disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and familiarity with its capabilities.
- Exposure to Azure AI services and the broader Microsoft AI ecosystem.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming, with the ability to develop automation scripts, integrations, and services.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation and workflow solutions.
- Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and developing AI-powered applications and automation solutions tailored to business needs.
- Building AI assistants, intelligent agents, and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform technologies.
- Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Developing proof-of-concept prototypes and rapidly iterating on innovative AI solutions to validate feasibility and value.
- Creating Python-based services, integrations, and automation scripts to support and extend AI initiatives.
- Integrating AI solutions seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and applications to ensure interoperability and scalability.
- Applying prompt engineering techniques, orchestration, and modern AI methodologies to optimize AI performance and outcomes.
