About The Role

We are seeking motivated and passionate AI Engineering Educators to join our dynamic team at Newto Training. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training modules on artificial intelligence, data methodologies, and related technologies to our students. Your primary objective will be to facilitate engaging learning experiences that combine theoretical knowledge with practical application. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI, machine learning, or data science, along with excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AI, machine learning, data analysis, or software development.
  • Strong understanding of AI fundamentals, Python programming, and AI model development.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience is advantageous.
  • Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging training content covering AI fundamentals, Python, AI models, and application development.
  • Facilitate interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and practical exercises to enhance student understanding.
  • Assess student progress through assignments, projects, and evaluations, providing constructive feedback.
  • Stay current with industry developments and incorporate emerging trends into the curriculum.
  • Support students in their career transition by offering guidance on certifications and job placement strategies.
  • Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve course materials and delivery methods.
  • Participate in promotional activities and outreach programs to attract prospective learners.
