Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development with a passion for artificial intelligence and cloud technologies. You should possess a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, a curiosity for emerging AI trends, and a desire to apply your skills to real-world challenges. Relevant qualifications include a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, along with hands-on experience in the following areas:

• Proficiency in Python programming, with experience in developing scalable applications.
• Knowledge of React or other modern front-end frameworks for building user interfaces.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms for deploying and managing AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of APIs, systems integration, and modern software architecture patterns.
• Familiarity with AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), Azure OpenAI, prompt engineering, or retrieval-based AI systems.

While commercial AI experience is advantageous, candidates actively building AI projects independently or outside of work, demonstrating curiosity and initiative, are equally encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks aimed at integrating AI into our internal operations and workflows. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing AI-powered internal applications and operational tools using Python and React to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Designing intelligent workflows, agent-based solutions, and prompt strategies to optimize business processes.
• Building and deploying cloud-native AI solutions across the Microsoft Azure platform, ensuring scalability and security.
• Integrating AI functionalities into existing systems through APIs and modern integration patterns, ensuring seamless operation.
• Collaborating with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to identify opportunities where AI can add value and deliver measurable results.
• Contributing to the development of shared frameworks, reusable components, and engineering best practices to promote consistency and quality across projects.
