AI Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer | London | Up to £150k - 3 days in office
A brand-new AI hire with a leading financial services organisation that is making AI adoption a major strategic priority.
This is a hands-on role for someone who sits at the intersection of AI engineering, business problems, and real-world delivery.
The focus will be on:
- Building and productionising LLM / GenAI solutions
- Identifying high-value opportunities for AI across the business
- Taking solutions from idea and discovery through to production
- Working closely with business users to understand problems and workflows
- Driving adoption rather than simply building PoCs
- Helping shape how AI is used across an established organisation

The ideal background is someone with strong software engineering foundations who has genuinely shipped AI/LLM solutions into production. Financial services experience is useful, but not essential. The bigger priority is finding someone technical who can also communicate well, understand business problems, and get people excited about using AI.

💰 Up to £150k base + bonus
