Make Harold smarter. Ship the intelligence layer. Work at the frontier.

About The Role

Harold runs on AI. Not as a gimmick but as the actual product. Every appraisal, every verdict, every insight Harold surfaces is powered by an AI pipeline that we are building in real time. We need someone who lives and breathes this stuff to help us build it properly.

You will work directly with the CTO on the AI layer that makes Harold genuinely intelligent — the models, the pipelines, the prompts, the evals, the infrastructure that turns raw deal data into the smartest analysis in the room.

What you’ll be doing

  • Design, build, and improve the AI pipelines that power Harold's core intelligence
  • Own prompt engineering, model selection, evaluation, and continuous improvement
  • Build agentic workflows that make Harold proactively useful — not just reactive
  • Integrate new models, APIs, and tools as the landscape moves — and it moves fast
  • Work end to end from the model layer to the product surface where users see the output

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
