About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to ensure they meet organizational standards and client expectations. This role involves coordinating with trainers, managing schedules, and ensuring the smooth delivery of courses. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a relevant degree or diploma in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience in training coordination, program management, or a similar role is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively liaise with trainers, clients, and participants. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other relevant software tools is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality training experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and scheduling training sessions in coordination with trainers and clients.
  • Managing registration processes and maintaining accurate participant records.
  • Ensuring that training materials and resources are prepared and available prior to sessions.
  • Providing support to trainers and participants before, during, and after training sessions.
  • Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
  • Maintaining communication with stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Assisting in the development of new training programs and updating existing courses.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to training logistics and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
