What you’ll be doing
- Building core agentic AI product features
- Designing LLM architectures and agent workflows
- Evaluating models and choosing the right approach for each problem
- Integrating AI into complex production software
- Deploying across cloud and on-premise environments
- Improving the security, reliability, and testing of AI systems
- Potentially working with object detection and multimodal models

What you’ll bring
- Experience building ML or AI systems in production
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic AI
- Strong Python, Rust, C++, or Java
- Experience with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
- Exposure to LangGraph, Google ADK, or similar
- Strong understanding of ML fundamentals and model trade-offs
Experience with MLOps, multimodal AI, or constrained hardware is a bonus rather than a requirement.
You’ll need the right to work in the UK and be eligible for UK SC clearance. This is an office-first role with some flexibility.
