Role Description
The AI Engineer (AI agents focused) will design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems leveraging LLMs, LangChain, and related frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing AI workflows, integrating models with internal and external tools, and implementing evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance and reliability. The role involves collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions, as well as optimizing models for latency, accuracy, and cost. The AI Engineer will also maintain documentation, perform code reviews, and stay current with advancements in agentic AI, tooling, and best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development skills for designing scalable, maintainable AI systems.
- Experience with Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition skills for building and optimizing learning models and agent behaviors.
- Hands-on expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and large language models (LLMs) for conversational agents, reasoning, and workflow automation.
- Practical experience with LangChain or similar orchestration frameworks, and familiarity with agentic AI architectures and tool integrations.
- Proficiency in Python and modern ML/AI libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face), plus solid software engineering practices (testing, CI/CD, version control).
- Ability to design and implement evaluation strategies (evals) for AI agents, including metrics, benchmarking, and safety considerations.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams on-site in London.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
