🚨 AI Engineer — Agentic Systems 🚨
📍 Fully Remote — UK / European hours 📍
💷 up to £150k 💷
AI Native Property Platform that raised a $200M Series B in July are looking for multiple AI Engineers.
They're already one of the UK's ten largest lettings operators: 15,000+ properties under management and roughly £350M in annual rent roll, built by acquiring and migrating independent agencies. The AI engine automates the full letting lifecycle, from tenant find through to rent collection, in a £100bn market.
You'd be an early core member, not engineer twenty on a finished platform.
Job Description:
- Unify the existing AI flows into a coherent, reusable system
- Build a robust evaluation layer across everything the AI engine does
- Scale the agentic infrastructure so it absorbs future acquisitions cleanly
- Set the architectural patterns for agentic systems as the engineering org scales

To be clear about what this role is: it's backend engineering where the system calls LLMs. Not model training, not fine-tuning, not research. The hard problems here are reliability, latency, cost and hallucination control architecture problems, solved by engineers who've made agentic systems behave in production.
🎯 Requirements:
- Built and shipped AI or agentic systems that ran in production — and can speak properly to latency, cost, reliability, hallucinations and evaluation
- Hands-on agentic system design: decomposing tasks, orchestrating subagents, tool use, structured outputs, evaluation, feedback loops
- Solid backend software engineering
- 3+ years in software engineering
- From an AI-native company or a startup where you built and ran agentic systems yourself
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related technical field
