Your Tasks

  • Taking Responsibility: You will design and develop innovative AI projects that solve complex problems.
  • Holistic Support: You will oversee the entire lifecycle of AI applications—from evaluation and conception to development, deployment, and production operation.
  • Software Development: You will follow standard software development practices (version control, testing, DevOps), program conversational user interfaces, provide APIs for integration, and connect with other APIs.
  • Use Case Evaluation: You will identify and assess new AI use cases and integrate them into existing business processes.
  • Teamwork: You will collaborate closely with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to develop and scale AI solutions.
  • Optimisation: You will evaluate and optimize existing AI models in terms of performance, scalability, accuracy, and security.
  • Many Opportunities: You will have the chance to expand your expertise and apply your knowledge to various areas in projects. For example, if you’re interested in infrastructure, you can contribute to optimising cloud or on-premises infrastructure for AI workloads to ensure cost efficiency.

Your Profile

  • Solid background in software development and practical experience in generative AI, machine learning, or data-driven projects.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, TypeScript, and Go, and have experience with REST APIs and databases.
  • Understanding of generative AI methodologies such as RAG, fine-tuning, agents, reasoning workflows, and more.
  • Planning architecture and software with foresight to ensure automation, stability, and maintainability.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure or AWS), data science, Kubernetes, or front-end development is an advantage.
  • Highly technically inclined, enjoy independently diving into new technologies and tasks, and are eager to share your knowledge with colleagues.
  • A team player with strong communication skills.
