We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Architect end-to-end enterprise-grade solutions leveraging AI, Agent Frameworks, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align AI capabilities with commercial goals, applying a consulting mindset to shape strategic solutions.
- Act as a liaison between engineering, data science, and business units to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, project managers, and data scientists to bring AI products to life.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks by embedding security, compliance, and operational resilience into solution designs.
- Drive the development of sustainable AI solutions that deliver long-term business value, avoiding duplication and technical debt.
- Produce precise architectural documentation, data models, and specifications to guide implementation.

What You'll Need
- Proven experience architecting AI solutions in complex enterprise environments, particularly involving Agentic, Generative AI, or LLM technologies.
- Strong working knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their native AI tools and services.
- Background in consulting or business-facing solution design, with the ability to translate complex requirements into cost-effective architectures.
- Programming experience and fluency with common AI/ML frameworks, services, and deployment practices.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and evaluate variable factors.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to executives and collaborating across disciplines.
- A strategic, problem-solving mindset capable of weighing technical trade-offs and driving high-value decisions.
