AI Solutions Engineer

A growing diagnostics and healthcare technology organisation is looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to help transform how data is accessed, analysed, and leveraged across R&D and manufacturing functions. This is a highly hands-on role focused on building real-world AI applications that drive efficiency, insight, and decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Building AI-driven applications using Large Language Models (Claude preferred)
  • Designing and implementing multi-agent AI workflows to automate complex business processes
  • Developing intelligent search and knowledge retrieval solutions across structured and unstructured data sources
  • Automating data preparation, analysis, and reporting activities to reduce manual effort
  • Supporting manufacturing and R&D teams through advanced data analysis and insight generation

  • Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies, ideally Claude
  • Experience designing and implementing multi-agent AI systems and agentic workflows
  • Background within a regulated industry such as Med-Tech, Diagnostics, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare
  • Understanding of quality, compliance, validation, and documentation requirements within regulated environments
