Join a dynamic project focused on the development and structuring of a robust knowledge graph. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a mid-level professional with a strong background in ontology design and practical application of knowledge graph concepts. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture and semantic structure of a knowledge graph to support advanced data integration and retrieval.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement ontologies for knowledge graph projects
  • Collaborate with data engineers and subject matter experts to define schema and relationships
  • Apply best practices in semantic modeling and data structuring
  • Evaluate and select appropriate tools and frameworks for ontology management
  • Ensure scalability, consistency, and accuracy of the knowledge graph
  • Document ontology structures and provide guidance for integration with existing systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ontology and data modeling

Skills And Requirements

  • Proven experience in ontology design and knowledge graph development
  • Proficiency with RDF, OWL, SPARQL, and related semantic web technologies
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, taxonomies, and schema design
  • Experience with knowledge graph platforms (e.g., Neo4j, Stardog, GraphDB)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into semantic models
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field preferred
