About The Role
We are seeking motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as AI and Data Science Course Instructors and Career Support Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive training sessions on artificial intelligence, data methodologies, and related technologies. You will guide students through practical projects, facilitate their understanding of complex concepts, and prepare them for entry-level roles in AI and data analysis. Additionally, you will collaborate with our recruitment team to assist graduates in securing suitable employment opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition from learning to earning. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the careers of aspiring AI professionals while staying at the forefront of technological advancements.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, data science, or related fields, with proven experience in teaching or training roles. A background in computer science, software engineering, or data analytics is preferred. Certification in AI and cloud technologies such as Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Fundamentals, or similar is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a passion for education and mentorship. Prior experience working with diverse learners, especially in online or blended environments, will be considered an advantage. Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions covering AI fundamentals, Python programming, AI models, and AI engineering for developers.
- Guide students through real-world projects, helping them apply theoretical knowledge to practical scenarios.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify suitable job opportunities for graduates and assist them in interview preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and data science to ensure course content remains current and relevant.
- Support students throughout their learning process, addressing questions and providing mentorship to foster confidence and skill development.
- Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of training programs.
