As they expand globally, they are seeking a visionary leader to push the boundaries of computer vision, video analysis, and multimodal LLMs, solving real-world challenges.

The Role

  • Develop, train, and deploy computer vision models (object detection, image classification, segmentation, multi-modal learning)
  • Fine-tune, evaluate, and productionise multi-modal LLMs for business applications
  • Drive experimentation and prototyping of advanced ML/AI techniques
  • Provide technical direction, mentoring, and hands-on guidance to the data science team
  • Work with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align ML strategy with business goals
  • Architect and productionise end-to-end ML pipelines on Azure, ensuring scalability, reproducibility, and monitoring of deployed models

What You'll Need

  • Strong, current Python skills, including building and maintaining production services with frameworks like FastAPI
  • Solid machine learning and computer vision background, with a track record of deploying real models to production
  • Hands-on experience with computer vision training and labeling toolchains (e.g., Roboflow), including dataset management and model evaluation
  • Experience with Azure AI services (e.g., Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI) or equivalent cloud AI stacks with an ability to adapt quickly
  • Practical understanding of working in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments, including data residency, de-identification, model governance, and auditability
  • Strong judgment in scoping problems and determining when a model is ready for deployment
