We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!
The Role
- Design and deploy AI-powered automation frameworks for incident response and self-healing systems.
- Automate repetitive operational workflows across compute, storage, and networking layers.
- Build and maintain pipelines for high-volume telemetry data, ensuring data quality for ML models.
- Develop ML/AI models for anomaly detection, incident prediction, and root cause analysis.
- Implement intelligent alerting systems to reduce noise and improve signal fidelity.
- Define SLIs/SLOs for AI systems embedded in infrastructure workflows.

What You'll Need
- Strong experience in AI engineering, particularly in operational or systems contexts.
- Practical experience of SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, and incident management.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in Python or a similar programming language.
- Familiarity with LLMs for operational tooling is a plus.
- Experience building AIOps or autonomous operations platforms is desirable.
