Responsibilities
- Build AI-powered features for search, recommendations, and personalization
- Experiment with prompts, embeddings, retrieval, and LLM APIs
- Create evaluation datasets and measure model quality
- Integrate AI capabilities into reliable product systems
- Investigate model failures, latency, and performance issues
- Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and data scientists
Qualification
Required
- Recent graduate or graduating soon in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
- Strong Python programming skills
- Understanding of machine learning, NLP, or information retrieval fundamentals
- Familiarity with APIs, Git, data processing, and debugging
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work remotely

Preferred
- Experience with LLM applications, RAG, embeddings, or model evaluation
- Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
- Experience building AI prototypes or data pipelines
- Knowledge of recommendation systems, search, or ranking
- Interest in AI agents and consumer AI products
