About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. As an AI Engineer at Newto Training, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining artificial intelligence models and applications. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design solutions that leverage AI technologies to solve complex business problems. You will also be involved in training and mentoring junior team members, contributing to the continuous improvement of our AI tools and processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing the latest AI frameworks and tools to create innovative solutions that impact various industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in AI methodologies, programming, and data analysis, with a passion for continuous learning and technological advancement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing AI models and applications.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud for deploying AI solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to address business challenges.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain and optimize existing AI systems for improved performance and scalability.
  • Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and incorporate best practices into projects.
  • Prepare detailed documentation of AI models, processes, and workflows.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Mentor junior team members and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
