AI Engineer / Developer (Python LLM) London / WFH

to £65k

Want to work on intellectually and technically challenging AI systems at the cutting edge of what is possible, whilst learning and collaborating with an amazing team and enjoying flexible working and a range of other perks?

You could be progressing your career as an AI Engineer at a well established AI company acting as tech incubator within the World Economic Forum to tackle issues like climate change, AI adoption, battery technology and other real world problems.

As an AI Engineer you will develop backend code and APIs, with a focus on prompt engineering and LLMs, collaborating with the Technical Architect to develop robust and highly performant solutions. You'll build and deploy intelligent agents that can perform practical, commercially valuable tasks rather than simply experiment with AI models. The role will involve understanding how to get the best performance from tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, integrating them into robust workflows and turning them into usable products.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
