About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to join a pioneering team focused on developing next-generation AI solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects involving large language models (LLMs), Knowledge Graphs, Neo4j, GraphRAG, and AI Agents. The successful candidate will play a vital role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI applications that enhance automation, reasoning, and contextual understanding of complex data sets. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and the chance to collaborate with a talented team of engineers and data scientists. The contract duration is six months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs and performance.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in AI engineering, with proven experience in Python development and familiarity with graph databases and large language models. A solid understanding of Knowledge Graphs, Neo4j, and related technologies is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, AI agents, and autonomous workflows. Cloud platform experience, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, is also required. Desirable qualifications include experience with frameworks like LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar, and a track record of deploying GenAI solutions into production environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop innovative Agentic AI applications and workflows that address complex business challenges.
- Build, optimize, and maintain Knowledge Graphs using Neo4j to enhance data interconnectedness and retrieval capabilities.
- Develop GraphRAG and semantic search solutions to improve information retrieval and contextual understanding.
- Integrate large language models (LLMs) with enterprise data sources to enable intelligent automation and reasoning.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and data teams to ensure the delivery of robust, scalable, and production-ready AI systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate best practices into project development.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to maintain high-quality standards.
