AI Engineer
Up to £60,000 – London (3 days in office)
We are partnering with a global consulting and technology services organisation that delivers large-scale AI, data and digital transformation programmes for enterprise clients across a wide range of industries.
Due to continued growth within its AI & Data practice, the organisation is looking to hire an AI Engineer to help design, develop and deploy innovative artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly skilled team delivering complex transformation programmes, helping organisations unlock the value of their data and accelerate AI adoption across their businesses.
Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will be responsible for building scalable AI solutions that address critical business challenges. This role would suit an experienced AI Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, working with modern cloud technologies and delivering impactful solutions in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions across a variety of client engagements
- Develop AI and machine learning models
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions
- Implement MLOps best practices for model deployment, monitoring, governance and optimisation
- Design and maintain scalable datasets and data models to support analytics and AI initiatives
- Optimise data processing, model performance and infrastructure scalability across cloud environments
Skills & Experience
- Strong programming skills in Python, SQL and related technologies
- Experience developing and deploying AI and machine learning solutions in production environments
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-learn
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques and statistical modelling
- Knowledge of MLOps tools and best practices for model deployment
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or GCP
- Exposure to Generative AI technologies and frameworks
