Payout: $50 - $100/hour
Role Overview:
We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Agentic AI Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI systems capable of independent decision-making and task execution. Candidates will contribute to cutting-edge AI agent frameworks that automate complex workflows across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize AI agents with multi-step reasoning capabilities for real-world applications.
- Implement reinforcement learning and tool-use architectures to enable agent autonomy.
- Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and third-party services for seamless operation.
- Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agent behavior with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in building agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI libraries like Hugging Face Transformers or PyTorch.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, tool-use mechanisms, and multi-agent coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable AI solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying agentic systems.
