Role: AI Engineer (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere)
Job Type: Contract
Payout: $50 - $100/hour

Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Agentic AI Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves designing, developing, and deploying autonomous AI systems capable of independent decision-making and task execution. Candidates will contribute to cutting-edge AI agent frameworks that automate complex workflows across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and optimize AI agents with multi-step reasoning capabilities for real-world applications.
  • Implement reinforcement learning and tool-use architectures to enable agent autonomy.
  • Integrate agents with external APIs, databases, and third-party services for seamless operation.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align agent behavior with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in building agentic AI systems using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
  • Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI libraries like Hugging Face Transformers or PyTorch.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning, tool-use mechanisms, and multi-agent coordination.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable AI solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for deploying agentic systems.
