About The Role
The Trainee AI Engineer role offered by ITOL Recruit is an intensive, comprehensive training program designed to equip individuals with the essential skills needed to start a career in artificial intelligence. This role is ideal for those with little to no prior experience in AI or programming, as the program starts from foundational concepts and progressively advances to more complex applications. Participants will engage in a structured, self-paced online learning journey, culminating in real-world projects, industry-recognized certifications, and guaranteed job placement support. The objective of this role is to prepare trainees to confidently enter the AI industry as junior engineers, capable of contributing to innovative projects across various sectors such as healthcare, finance, retail, and manufacturing.

Qualifications
- No prior experience in AI, programming, or data science is required.

Responsibilities
- Participate actively in the online training modules covering AI fundamentals, data workflows, programming, and machine learning principles.
- Develop practical skills by working on real-world projects such as building AI-powered chatbots, sentiment analysis classifiers, and predictive applications using Python, Streamlit, and other industry-standard tools.
- Collaborate with peers and instructors to enhance learning and problem-solving capabilities.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to craft effective prompts for AI systems and learn how to control AI outputs.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques to incorporate external knowledge into AI models using vector databases.
- Gain hands-on experience in cloud computing by completing the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner course and exam.
- Prepare for and successfully complete an oral exam assessing your understanding and practical skills in AI engineering.
- Engage in ethical discussions surrounding AI, including issues of bias, fairness, and data privacy, to develop responsible AI practices.
- Work with industry mentors and career advisors to refine your skills and prepare for job placement.
