Low-Code AI Engineer (x2)

About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a global insurance leader to recruit two Low-Code AI Engineers to join a growing AI & Automation function.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future of AI across a multinational organisation, designing and delivering intelligent automation solutions that improve business processes, enhance customer experience, and increase operational efficiency.
Working alongside Product Owners, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders, you'll build AI-powered applications using Microsoft's low-code ecosystem, with a particular focus on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered business applications using Microsoft's Power Platform
- Build intelligent workflows using Power Automate and AI Builder
- Develop and customise Microsoft Copilot solutions to improve business productivity and user experience
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
- Integrate AI capabilities with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure AI Services, and other enterprise platforms
- Build Power Apps that streamline operational processes across underwriting, claims, finance, and corporate functions
- Work with APIs, connectors, and low-code integrations across multiple business systems
- Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organisation
- Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance standards
- Contribute to the organisation's wider AI strategy and innovation roadmap

Essential Experience
- Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Commercial experience working with Microsoft Copilot or Copilot Studio
- Experience delivering low-code automation solutions within an enterprise environment
- Knowledge of AI Builder and Microsoft's AI ecosystem
- Experience integrating enterprise applications and business processes
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
