The Role
- Combine software engineering, AI implementation, and commercial problem-solving
- Build and manage WordPress websites, integrating booking engines and payment systems
- Develop AI assistants for various communication channels
- Automate customer enquiries, lead qualification, and booking support
- Create dashboards and reporting tools for leads, bookings, and customer activity
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI and technology to improve revenue and operational efficiency

What You'll Need
- At least five years of experience in AI, software engineering, or ecommerce
- Strong development skills in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript
- Experience with WordPress websites, custom themes, plugins, and API integrations
- Practical experience with OpenAI APIs, LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows
- Strong SQL, data integration, and dashboard development skills
- Knowledge of technical SEO, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion optimisation
