Job Purpose
We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for our clients across various industries. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge data, machine learning and AI technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop and implement data-driven solutions tailored to client challenges, leveraging predictive models and AI technologies to deliver business value.
- Consult and guide clients by defining AI use cases, validating ideas through proof of concepts (POCs) and deploying scalable production-ready systems.
- Build and maintain end-to-end AI systems, with focus on scalability, observability and continuous optimization of model performance using MLOps principles.
- Develop multi-agent and AI workflows, built from scratch or using low-code tools, that reliably orchestrate data, tools, and context into production-grade solutions.
- Architect robust and modular backend services, applying SOLID principles to ensure maintainability, testability, and seamless integration of AI components into broader software ecosystems.
- Design, document, and develop RESTful or GraphQL APIs that serve as the interface between AI workflows and end-user applications.
- Work closely with back-end engineers, front-end developers, DevOps, strategists and clients, taking a leading role in aligning efforts and delivering impactful solutions.
- Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including progress updates, demos and presentations.

What You’ll Bring
We are looking for an AI Engineer who combines strong technical foundations with the ability to bring AI systems from concept to scalable production.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying Machine Learning and AI solutions, using frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies.
- Experience working across the full GenAI lifecycle and ability to implement concepts as observability, prompt optimization, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring in production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI services (SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI)
- Solid proficiency in Python and experience writing clean, testable, reusable code in professional software development environments.
- Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions, including data ingestion from multiple sources, embedding strategies, and integration with vector search databases.
- Direct availability to start working in Budapest, Hungary.
Nice to have:
- Hands-on experience building and scaling RESTful APIs (FastAPI preferred) to integrate AI capabilities into broader client systems.
- Experience with containerization and deployment practices including Docker, CI/CD pipelines and Git-based collaborative workflows.
- Basic understanding of cloud security, authentication, scalability and guardrails as they apply to real-time AI applications.
- A strong theoretical foundation in deep neural network architectures (e.g. transformers), and a proactive mindset towards exploring and applying emerging ML and AI technologies.
- MSc degree in a technical field with a strong focus on software, data, and AI (e.g. Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related discipline).
- Strong communication skills with ability to clearly explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
