AI Engineering Manager - Permanent - £75-85k - London / Hybrid
We are currently partnered with an international education provider to recruit for an AI Engineering Manager.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of an organisation’s AI delivery roadmap and accelerate the adoption of automation and end-to-end AI solutions.
You will design and deliver AI agents, enterprise workflows, LLM-powered applications and autonomous systems using technologies including Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot and ChatGPT. You will also manage the AI backlog, prioritise initiatives according to business value and ensure deployed solutions are effectively supported and optimised.

We are looking for someone with:
- Strong AI and software engineering experience
- Experience architecting LLM applications and multi-agent workflows
- Knowledge of enterprise AI integration and automation
- A strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance and ethical standards
- The ability to engage with business stakeholders and translate opportunities into measurable outcomes
- An innovation-first, commercially focused approach

You will play a key role in improving AI engineering maturity, increasing adoption and creating reusable AI capabilities across the organisation.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis with an expectation of 1 day per week in their London office although flexibility may be required depending on business needs.
