AI Engineering Manager - Transformation - London/Flexible
Up to 85k per annum plus excellent benefits – 1 day per week expected in the Central London office, the rest of the week from home, but very flexible and output focused leadership.
AI Engineering Manager required for a leading organisation that has clear direction, strategy and investment for what it wants to achieve with AI. Really exciting and technical role where you will work with an AI Programme Manager that is in-post, to help deliver real outcomes for the organisation.

Ideally you will be a technically minded person with a software development background, who is keen to make a real stamp on AI within a critical role for the organisation.
Within the role:
- Lead the delivery lifecycle of AI solutions including ideation, testing, building, ongoing support and optimisation.
- Develop AI agents, workflows, automations using Azure AI & Azure Open AI services, Microsoft Power Platform and Chat GPT.
- Architect LLM-powered applications, multi-agent workflows, and autonomous systems.
- Integrating existing AI LLMs (Copilot & ChatGPT) with enterprise applications.
- Use strong engineering practices to develop robust and maintainable software.
- Work with key business contacts to capture value creation activities which would benefit from adoption AI.
