Join a newly expanding AI & Automation team with significant investment and visibility.

  • Build production AI agents and automation solutions using cutting-edge Microsoft tech.
  • Help shape a brand-new AI engineering function and influence technical standards from the outset.

We're looking for an AI Engineering Manager to join a growing technology team focused on delivering AI-powered tools and automation solutions across a large professional services environment.

This role offers the chance to help build a new AI engineering capability from the ground up. You'll work on projects that move quickly from concept into production, delivering solutions that are used by real users and have measurable business impact. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, rolling up their sleeves and building technology that genuinely improves the way people work.

What you'll be doing

  • You'll design and build AI agents, automation workflows and production-grade applications using Python, Azure and Microsoft CoPilot Studio.
  • Working closely with technology and business stakeholders, you'll integrate AI solutions into existing platforms, develop reusable engineering components and help establish best practices across the team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
