AI Engineering Manager | International Technology Business
We're partnering with a leading international consumer technology business with millions of active customers and significant investment in AI. With strong executive sponsorship and a clear AI strategy, this is an opportunity to build and scale AI products that directly impact customer experience at scale.
This role is focused on delivering production-grade AI solutions, not research. You'll lead the development of customer-facing AI capabilities including Conversational AI, Voice AI, AI Agents, GenAI-powered experiences, and Intelligent Automation, helping improve customer satisfaction, drive operational efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation.

What You'll Do
- Lead and grow a high-performing AI Engineering team
- Deliver AI products used by millions of customers
- Build and scale Conversational AI, Voice AI, AI Agents, and GenAI solutions
- Drive initiatives from concept through to production and optimisation
- Partner with Product, Customer Experience, Data, and Technology teams
- Establish best practices across AI Engineering, MLOps, governance, and deployment
- Shape the organisation's AI strategy and roadmap

What We're Looking For
- Experience leading AI, ML, or Software Engineering teams
- Strong technical background with Python and AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Proven track record delivering customer-facing AI products into production
- Expertise in LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and modern AI architectures
- Experience with Conversational AI, Voice AI, Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, or AI Agents
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions
