AI Experience Lead

Job Location: London, UK

Role Purpose

Own enterprise AI experience strategy and governance, ensuring that all AI-enabled interactions deliver trusted, accessible, differentiated, and measurable value to users and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set enterprise vision and strategy for human-AI experience across products and services.
  • Define governance, investment priorities, operating model, and enterprise design principles.
  • Align user experience with brand, product, technology, data, risk, and commercial strategy.
  • Sponsor organisation-wide standards for trust, transparency, control, accessibility, and inclusion.
  • Oversee strategic research, experience measurement, design systems, and capability building.
  • Advise executive leaders and clients on AI adoption and experience transformation.
  • Own outcomes for user trust, adoption, satisfaction, and experience differentiation.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or equivalent senior leadership experience in Design, HCI, Product, or Business.
  • 15+ years in experience design, product, service, or digital transformation leadership.
  • Proven ownership of enterprise design strategy or a large design organisation.
  • Experience advising senior leaders and shaping multi-product portfolios.
