🚀 AI Forward Deployed Engineer (AI FDE)

đź“Ť London, Manchester or Leeds

🏢 Hybrid – 1–2 days on site

Rate - Competitive (Inside IR-35)

We’re looking for a hands-on AI FDE / AI Solutions Consultant to work closely with business teams, identify high-value AI use cases, and rapidly turn ideas into working solutions.

You’ll be involved across the full lifecycle — from discovery and workshops through to building AI agents, copilots, automations, POCs and MVPs.

Key experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot, Azure AI, Gemini Enterprise or Vertex AI
  • Building AI agents, copilots, chatbots or LLM-based solutions
  • Power Platform / Power Automate, APIs, Python or similar
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop/discovery experience
  • Experience translating business problems into practical AI solutions
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, RAG and agentic AI

Experience within Energy & Utilities, Customer Operations, Field Services or Contact Centres would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

This would suit someone who is commercially minded, technically hands-on, and comfortable working directly with customers and business stakeholders.
